After reading Chapter 6, spend some time really thinking about where you are and where your school or district is.For this culminating project, design an action plan for your district or a school in your district to begin the transition to a Professional Learning Community.Rather than considering all the possible barriers to the plan, concentrate on Helen Keller’s statement and plan accordingly.
